Successful U.S. companies compete in the world economy by taking advantage of advanced manufacturing processes.  National Manufacturing Practitioner of the Year Finalist, Don Hansen (left), and Dr. Larry Stauffer, Director, College of Engineering, University of Idaho Boise lead a track that includes sessions on the Principles of the Lean Enterprise, Value Stream Mapping, Lean Office, Six Sigma and more. David O'Connell will show companies how they can become teaching & learning organizations using the time tested principles of Training Within Industry.  

Leadership Track: Better Business Decisions With Better Business Tools

In a "Lean" world, old ways of conducting business and traditional methods of accounting can lead to poor and costly decisions. Noted international author and Lean Accounting authority, Brian Maskell, will show you new ways to make critical business decisions using the Lean Business Management System. The Leadership Track includes a case study of Buck Knives, a company that is working to adapt its business decision making to a Lean environment.
