Jenna is a Research Scientist at Lactalis who is pursuing an MBA at Boise State University. Jenna generously agreed to work with TechHelp’s Food Manufacturing Team while she completes her studies at Boise State.
At Lactalis, Jenna organizes, executes and analyzes recipe improvement and innovation in the fresh mozzarella plant. She also serves as a link between production at the Nampa plant and corporate R&D and marketing.
Jenna is a graduate of Glanbia Nutritional’s two-year accelerated leadership rotational program. As a Graduate, Jenna rotated positions to do value-added work and gain business knowledge through diverse work experience.
