Rafaela is a 1st year MBA student at Boise State and she joined the TechHelp team in August of 2019 as a graduate assistant. She has a background in International Logistics and Finance, and is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Her international and work experience helped her develop the ability to adapt and work in different cultures and excellent intercultural communication skills.
