- Welcoming Brad McDonald as Our New TechHelp Executive Director
Brad McDonald our new Executive Director
TechHelp is thrilled to introduce Brad McDonald as our new Executive Director! With over 24 years of distinguished service in the United States Air Force, extensive consulting experience, and a key role as Division Administrator at the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Brad brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our team. His expertise in Executive Leadership, Strategic Planning, Operations, and Financial Services will be invaluable as we continue to drive innovation and effectiveness.
Brad’s appointment follows a rigorous selection process. The search committee, comprising representatives from various stakeholder groups, unanimously agreed on Brad’s selection. This decision was supported strongly by our outgoing Executive Director, Steve Hatten, and Mark Bannister, Dean of the Boise State University College of Business and Economics, ensuring a cohesive vision for TechHelp’s future.
Brad will have the opportunity to work alongside our outgoing Executive Director, Steve Hatten, who has dedicated over 24 years to TechHelp and will officially retire in September. A tribute to Steve’s remarkable career will be announced at a later date. To celebrate Brad’s arrival, TechHelp is planning a director launch campaign featuring fifteen events across the state, offering valuable interactions with our community and key partners.
Brad’s first day at TechHelp will be August 5, 2024. Please join us in welcoming him to the TechHelp team!
