About The Course

This course is for people in supervisory roles and those headed that direction. The course will equip participants with the necessary skills to manage, supervise, and lead staff. The instructors of this course have a collective 135 years of experience leading teams in some of the top manufacturing organizations across the U.S. Come leverage their expertise by not only learning but also practicing the skills needed to have a highly effective and functioning team.

“Participants will gain confidence as they learn the leadership tools that the top manufacturers in the country are using to lead high performing teams.” – Catherine Cantley, TechHelp Food Processing Specialist.

Often, facilities promote from within. However, the skills needed to be an excellent employee are not always the same skill set needed to be an excellent supervisor. TechHelp’s Leading in Manufacturing course will train you to utilize the key skills effective in managing, communicating, and motivating a workforce. This course has been designed specifically for supervisors in manufacturing environments. Even if you have been a supervisor/manager for a while it might be good to get a brush-up on those critical leadership practices.

“Employee participants will have homework, templates, and examples that they can use to make improvements to your company, right away.” – Dave O’Connell, TechHelp Manufacturing Specialist.
