View a Recording of Our Webinar on The Uses and Benefits of Cobots in Manufacturing Facilities
Janna Hamlett Hosted This Awesome Webinar on Thursday, January 27, 2022, from 10-11 am MST Featuring Al Youngwerth of Versabulit and Ryan Okelberry of House of Design Robotics
Webinar Description
Is your manufacturing facility undergoing a workforce shortage? Attracting, hiring, and keeping workers is one of today’s key workforce challenges. View a recording of the webinar during which we explored how collaborative robots (also called cobots) can help. Our speakers, Ryan Okelberry (House of Design) and Al Youngwerth (Versabuilt) are local legends in the robotics industry who shared their experiences and answered questions.
Cobots can be used in a wide variety of applications. They can work closely with human co-workers, are flexible, and can be repositioned rapidly. During the Webinar, we discussed how cobots can boost productivity and add value to most processes. Even small to medium manufacturers can utilize collaborative robots. Compared to other robots, cobots are usually safer, less expensive, and faster to deploy.
The Webinar included demonstrations and examples of cobots. As with all decisions, you need to evaluate what equipment is appropriate for your facility. This webinar provides information so that you can discuss the possibilities of adding or expanding robotics and automation in your facility.

The video below presents a good example of how cobots, configured by House of Design, can help solve common packaging challenges.
