TechHelp is a partnership of Boise State University, Idaho State University, the University of Idaho, and the Idaho Manufacturing Alliance. As Idaho’s Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) Center and Economic Development University Center, TechHelp provides for-fee technical and business assistance to enhance the competitiveness of manufacturers across the state of Idaho. What You Will Do?
With trust, creativity, and expertise, the Executive Director will:

Lead the TechHelp organization, including strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and program execution to fulfill its mission and remain a Center in good standing with university, state, and federal funders.
Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with local manufacturing businesses, industry associations, government agencies, educational institutions, and other key organizations critical to Center performance.
Support a team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and resources to drive performance excellence and client success.
Collaborate to pursue the TechHelp vision as trusted manufacturing advisors, by leveraging the power of teamwork and communication.
Achieve program outcomes from consulting operations by supporting business development, securing and managing grants, evaluating performance metrics, and reporting on the impact of Center services to stakeholders.
Travel across Idaho and nationally, approximately 25% of the time to meet with the TechHelp team, partners, and national stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of experience, including 6 years of managerial experience.

Salary and Benefits:
